Brownie Mix Surprise

Do you remember the brownies we made a while back? The ones with that weird baking soda reaction that caused the cocoa mixture to mysteriously thicken?

"B" made them again the other day and I managed to remember to take a few photos.

He continued following the recipe until we had super yummy brownies.
Sorry, I forgot to take "after" photos. "B" is an excellent chef so you will just have to imagine how wonderful they were.
