We love living in Clio again!

Debbi came to stay with us for a bit too. We are having lots of fun.

Christmas was nice.

The boyz and I had family Christmas a week early at Dad and Judys because Dave and Deanna and the kids were going to Florida for the holidays. We had a delicious dinner and lots of fun chatting and sharing gifts.

Abby had puppies on the 23rd of December. It was quite exciting and they are so incredibly cute! We named them Christmas/winter names. Angel, Belle, Holly, Jesus (pronunciation hay-soos), MerryMary, and Noelle.

The boyz spent the real Christmas with their dad. Debbi and I went to Dad and Judy's on Christmas day. We took food over and Judy and Debbi made a wonderful lunch then we spent the day relaxing and chatting.

We spent the week relaxing and enjoying family and friends.

The boyz came home from their visit with their father today. It is good to have them back.

Abby had puppies! These little cuties were born on December 23rd, just in time for Christmas! (They will be ready to go home February 17th.)

I had a great Christmas even though my boyz were with their father. Debbi is staying with us for a bit. She and I went to Dad and Judy's for the afternoon. We made food and Judy made food and we all ate and talked and laughed and had a great time. Debbi and I came home in the evening and hung out and did a whole lot of nothing. It was great!

Bash Started School @ Global Academy Today!

Bash started school today at Clio's Global Academy. He brought home his awesome iMac computer. I love that there is no tower and only one cord to plug in! He also received a nice Cannon digital camera. He is very excited to be able to participate in this awesome learning opportunity!

Goo-Goo Stix and More!

The boyz are visiting their dad this weekend and I am spending the weekend in Onaway helping my friend run her thrift store and Goo-Goo Stix stand in Onaway.
She is making Goo-Goo Stix, fruit kabobs, and fried pickles.
Goo-Goo Stix are a deep fried donut topped with your choice of chocolate, caramel, strawberries, and/or whipped topping. Wow! I will probably have to wear my fat pants after this weekend.

Charlie

Charlie is one of Mercy's puppies. He has the darkest and shiniest fur! His coat is beautiful! He also has chocolate colored points that really stand out. He is a georgeous dog!

I would love to post more photos of our puppies but catching them in a photo is surprisingly difficult. These little cuties are either in constant motion or sound asleep. It is difficult to photograph a moving target with my camera(I have hundreds of blurry pics of them. LOL) and I have enough pics of the dogs laying around sleeping. I will continue to post more photos as I capture them.

Stone

This is Stone, one of Mercy's tiny boys. He is a very dark blue fawn. He is so gray that you don't notice right away that he has fawn in his coat. Also a true blue dog will have a blueish or grayish nose. Stone's nose is black.

She had her paw in her mouth but I couldn't get the picture before she moved a bit. It was soooo cute!
Ginger is our favorite puppy. She has her momma's (Abby) sweet temperment. She is laid back, a natural born lap dog, snuggler, and all around awesome dog!
It is going to be difficult to let her go. :(

Fireworks!

We had a lot of fun at the beach. On the way home we stopped at McDonald's for a quick burger and a potty break and discovered fireworks across the street. We stayed to watch. Bonus!

Puppy Kiss

Our puppies are walking and sitting like big dogs, instead of scooching around like little sausages. They are wobbly and clumsy and fall on their little heads (which are rather large compared to their bodies) or tip over and wiggle around on their backs like turtles trying to get upright again. They are like toddlers.
The puppies seem to be constantly moving so taking clear pictures takes patience...and many blurry photos to sort through...and sometimes I use fuzzy pics anyway! LOL

More Sand Creations

Curt did most of the work on this fort. Toward the end of its creation he enlisted Zacs help.
I think everyone, including kids we didn't know, helped create the canal that brings the water to the castle and fort.
